Can't use "Submit Your Artwork" feature on my own products anymore.

I used to be able to use the "Submit Your Artwork" feature to upload my own pictures to my own product pages. But now that feature has been removed when I view any of my own product pages. The feature remains, however, when I view other vendors' product pages.
Not only is the feature removed from my own product pages, but the pictures I had previously uploaded by means of this feature have been removed from some of my product pages.
I noticed that RenderHub has recently automated the linking between gallery pictures and products used pages, such that when an artist adds the URL for a product they used, the product page for that product will get that picture added to the "User Renders" zone automatically. In most cases that is cool. But I'll bet the automation has something to do with why I cannot use the "Submit Your Work" feature on my own product pages anymore, which I find UN-cool.
The automatic linking also bothers me in another way. It can often be deceiving to shoppers, especially those shopping for figure models. And here's why: A user of a figure model will often apply many morphs to a figure model, making it look quite different from the figure offered by the vendor. So, when an artist does a lot of such morphing, and uploads a picture of that morphed figure to their gallery, and then links the product page to it, the artist's picture automatically gets featured in the product page gallery. Now, when a shopper views the product page, they will see the picture of the morphed version of the figure and be lead to believe the vendor's figure will look like that out of the box, when this is not so. It is deceptive.
I have recently posted some gallery pictures featuring figures offered by RenderHub vendors, but which I highly morphed. I put the product pages in the "Products Used" section of the gallery page. But I deliberately avoided adding my picture to the "User Artwork" section precisely to avoid misleading potential buyers. But my efforts to prevent deception have now been overruled by RenderHub's gallery link automation. Shoppers may now be deceived and get pissed.
At a minimum, I think a warning should be added to the "User Artwork" section. Something like "Warning: Product may have been highly modified in these user artworks."
But, please. Can I post my own "User Artwork" pictures to my own product pages again?

Fri, Nov 07did you just have the store pages auto embed gallery images linked to them? because I just noticed that some of my "all audiences" store items have some mature-flagged artwork attached, and I really don't want this behavior!

Sat, Nov 08That will happen, but they only should serve if a user has the appropriate SafeSite setting selected.
Wouldn't that be handled by just posting to the gallery and tagging the image?
As for the other thing, yeah that does need to be addressed - I've tagged numerous renders where a product might barely be featured, or used as the basis for something else, meaning the tag is warranted, but not necessarily something to showcase on the product's page. I was under the impression that the vendor could filter out those types of incidents (or other images the vendor would rather not showcase), but I'm not a vendor so I wouldn't know.

Fri, Nov 07You should be able to delete any User Artwork from your products by clicking the re trash can on the image.
I agree with Lukon, especially this : " At a minimum, I think a warning should be added to the "User Artwork" section. Something like "Warning: Product may have been highly modified in these user artworks."

Fri, Nov 07frankly these should probably require explicit approval before being linked, like even Nexus mods have this kind of author approval required
We have added a dropdown to select whether to cross-post to the marketplace item, please have a look

Fri, Nov 07That's a helpful addition.
I myself will probably just leave current sortings as-is, but down the line I can more accurately (and fairly) determine if something should be cross-posted.
On a separate topic, can we have a few more slots? Those 6 can fill up pretty fast sometimes.

Fri, Nov 07thanks, although I guess those of us with existing gallery postings linked to existing store listings probably need to go through them all

Fri, Nov 07This feature really needs to adhere to the content rating settings of the store item, it should never show a linked image that is out of bounds of the store item's content rating. I guessssssssssss if you are super confident that the user's preferences will be checked in advance of loading the store page, maybe, but I really do not recommend this, I'd rather just not load adult images on an all-audiences rated page period, whether they're my images or if someone else posted them.

Agreed. There will be instances where you might use something a little differently in a way that probably should be kept out of that item's page. Or use a bundled item that gets associated with something it shouldn't. That's probably something mods and vendors may need to keep track of, though I wouldn't want an undue burden placed on anyone over it.
"Also, number of items used increased from 6 to 9."
Yay.
It really doesn't take much to fill up all those slots.
Character +1
Shirt +1
Pants +1
Hair +1
Shoes +1
(Now we're at 5 and we still have yet to include a scene and pose and any other prop, and we have only 1 individual in this scene)
There's some good stuff here.

Sat, Nov 08Since the images on products are controlled by a users SafeSite setting, and the person posting can control whether the image cross-posts to product, and the vendor can remove submitted artwork from products, I think there is sufficient control.
However, we are still thinking this one over

Sat, Nov 08I think that's fine going forward, but I noticed that the store pages for my items were automatically back-linked to my related gallery pics - some of which are flagged adult - and I don't think that's a good idea. I think it's good to have this behavior in general, but not so comfortable with sending some poor sheltered puritan from my innocuous puddle listing to pictures of girls getting fingerbanged
Update: we have added a safety feature for "Adult" user renders.
Marketplace items with a content rating up to "Mature" will serve user renders with content ratings up to "Mature", while respecting the viewers SafeSite setting.
"User renders with an "Adult" content rating will only serve on marketplace items that have an "Adult" content rating.
