I'm looking for a way to change my email address.
I can no longer use the email address I used to register.
Unfortunately, I haven't received a response from support yet.
I urgently need help.

To my knowledge, the login name and email address are two things that cannot be changed.
In my opinion, this is to prevent someone else from taking over the account.
If the email change is refused by support, or is technically impossible, since you don't have any products to sell, one solution is to create a new account.

No, please don't start a new account. Duplicate accounts are discouraged and not necessary for something like this.
