Excuse my ignorance but I do not understand how to include all the requested "deliverables" as well as the final render.
It appears that only a final render can be submitted as there is no apparent option for adding anything else.
There are a few additions to my scene that had to be rendered separately because it is not possible to render them with the main render. These had to added in my post work. Consequently, I have a number of "deliverables" to send.

After you upload your main image, a new section will be revealed where you can add six additional images and a video.
If you need to upload more than six WIP images, you may add them to the comment section like this user did here:
