DIM build service / conversion service (CLOSED)

To RH staff: I wouldn't mind a checkbox in My Downloads "build DIM packages from all selected". If that adds a small fee I'd take that, too.
On conversion: I use Daz mainly, and while importing obj and converting to Iray is a thing, there's limits when it comes to rigging. If an artist can't/won't make the effort maybe a general per-request service is viable?

We built Mad Librarian for exactly this. Select all your RenderHub zips in Explorer and drop them on its window at once. For each one it:
* finds the library folders (data, People, Runtime...) wherever the vendor packed them: under a product folder, a "My Library" or "Content" folder, or inside a second zip. DIM packages too.
* fixes the texture paths vendors get wrong while it installs. In our test, a zip whose textures sat in the wrong folder came out with 33 paths repaired.
* tells you what's missing before DAZ does: a texture the vendor forgot, or the base product a texture add-on needs.
Then everything is in its catalogue with categories (Wardrobe, Hair, Poses...), even zips with no Smart Content metadata, and a double-click puts it in your DAZ Studio scene.
No DIM packages to build, no folders to sort by hand.

Interesting. Can it load the items into the running instance? What if you have multiple instances running? Can you filter by generation?
