To RH staff: I wouldn't mind a checkbox in My Downloads "build DIM packages from all selected". If that adds a small fee I'd take that, too.
On conversion: I use Daz mainly, and while importing obj and converting to Iray is a thing, there's limits when it comes to rigging. If an artist can't/won't make the effort maybe a general per-request service is viable?
