Can't download purchases
133I purchased three packages from @Raklol [ https://www.renderhub.com/raklol ] ...
1) Cbm Butt Morphs for Genesis 8 Female [ https://www.renderhub.com/raklol/cbm-butt-morphs-for-genesis-8-female ]
2) Elen Body Morph - BBW [ https://www.renderhub.com/raklol/elen-body-morph-bbw ]
3) Raklol's Custom Big Butt [ https://www.renderhub.com/raklol/raklols-custom-big-butt ]
... the first one I was able to download with no issue but the last two refuse to download. Can someone please help or can I get a credit for the last two?
I'd prefer the packages rather than a refund.

I think we should also notify support that there's a problem with these two links. I believe only an administrator can effectively resolve this kind of issue.

I did that earlier this morning. The links do download a file but does not unzip and gives this error message ...
Windows cannot open the folder.
The Compressed (zipped) Folder C:\Users\Drogo\Downloads\raklols custom big butt.zip is invalid
... The first two do not work. The third one downloads and installs without issues.

Tue, Feb 03The vendor raklol did something they are not supposed to.
The "Zip" file is actually an "rar" file. They just renamed it.
You need WinRAR or 7Zip to unzip it. You can download 7zip for free.

I had a similar issue with a customer, I used a zip setting with 7zip that was not totally universal, 7zip could unzip it fine, but customer native OS could not unzip it. I reuploaded all my products zipped with the older algorithm that any OS can open natively after I ran into that snag. Rather have it easily used by customers, less refunds needed that way lol.

Thu, Feb 05When our OS is Windows, the best approach is to compress using the native Windows tool. This makes decompression easier for our clients, especially since the majority of home PCs run on Windows.

Fri, Feb 06We only allow .zip for products in the marketplace, but some vendors have their assets archived using .rar, so these need to be converted. If a vendor simply renames the file to *.zip, the customer wont be able to open it. Any vendor doing that will have those items permanently suspended.
