How to save a transparent background? (CLOSED)

What program can I use to add text to a rendered DAZ image and then save it without losing the transparent background?

I have MS-Paint from Windows 10. I also have MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint. Any suggestions?

For free? Gimp (download and install) or affinity (free without AI support but you need an account).
