Shoe Rigging - Foot Bend

I've been rigging shoes for Poser figures for  along time now and I'm wondering what would be the most realistic value for a foot bend.  Right now I'm using the value of (-)40 at maximum as it's the most I can do before the toe pokethroughs start.
