Not just to OP, but to vendors in general:
One thing I would love to see but have a hard time finding is food props that come with sequential versions of being eaten away to nothing, the core, the bone, or whatever. One bite, a few bites, almost gone; that kind of thing.
Fruits, cakes, sundaes, and desserts would be most welcome. Something to think about.

Take the apple, for example: if it hasn't been bitten into, it's just a sphere with a few indentations (stem, etc.). In other words, the mesh is very simple, and there are hardly any issues with the texture (color) either. However, to create a bite mark (i.e., a missing piece of the apple), you need to adjust not only the mesh (which becomes more difficult the more realistic you want it to look), but also the texture and materials (color, etc.), since you’ll be able to see not just the apple peel but also the flesh and so on.
Still, it's a nice idea. I'm definitely rooting for whoever takes it on
