Bulk Upload question
151Hi,
I want to try bulk uploading models. I found a template, but I couldn't find any information on the structure or naming for the files to be uploaded.

I'm sorry that I missed your previous post.
Instructions with examples are right on the template. Did you download it from here?

If you need further assistance, please click the blue Contact Us link found on that page. That will connect you with someone in the main office where they handle bulk uploads. They can definitely help get you set up.

Wed, May 20Hello.
My question wasn't about the template.
My question was about the file structure in the archive.
How should it be organized so that the system can interpret it correctly?
Should I put different file formats in one folder, images in another, and textures in a third?
Thank you

We are pretty flexible on how the files are organized. Generally speaking, you want to have your preview renders in a separate folder from what will be included in your package.
Here is an example:
- Folder : Renders
- File: Render01
- File: Render02
- File: Render03
- ...
- Folder : Turntable
- File: Render01
- File: Render02
- File: Render03
- ...
- Folder : Package
- OBJs, FBXs, etc.
- Texture Maps
- ...
Your package folder should be set up with the buyer in mind, set this up however you think best works for someone who will be buying the item.
We will zip up that entire folder, and this is what people receive when they purchase the item.
Let me know if that helps.
