my sales got refunded within a three-day period without any explanation (CLOSED)

on august 26th, i got sales of 2 models, after several hours got refunded without any prior message or explanation from the buyer, & today on august 28th i got the same exact sales of 2 same exact model and got refunded again after several hours.

I tried to reach out the customer service yesterday but no respon yet until now.

please help me!

i've temporary disabled all of my high-end product for sale for now, until i got feedback from renderhub support, this is frutrating

why are this fraudulent buyer (using different account of course) keep targeting the same 2 exact models is a mystery, i don't get it, why not try a different model?, Has anyone experienced this refund issue?
