Download speeds are the reason I will not stay here and will proactively inform everyone I can about it and reccommend to stay away from this pathetic site.

Shame on you!

Since you are not happy with this site, close your account and leave its users alone.

I've never had an issue with download speeds here. Good riddance to you. 

I can say I haven’t had an issue with downloading purchases.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your download speeds.

RenderHub is hosted on Amazon Web Services, so we don't typically receive many reports of slow downloads. With that said, we'd definitely like to figure out what's happening in your case.

Please send a message to Support with the following information:

1. Links to some of the product pages that you're having trouble with.
2. The approximate download speeds you're seeing.
3. The browser and version you're using.
4. Whether you've tried downloading with a different browser.
5. Your country.
6. Whether you're using a VPN.

It would also be helpful if you could run a speed test here. Once the test is complete, click the share button, select "direct link to this result," copy the link, and include it in your Support message.

That information will give us a much better picture of what's happening. It will help us investigate whether the problem is related to a particular download, connection, location, or something on our end.

We'll be happy to look into it and do our best to get the problem resolved for you.

I've never had an issue with download speed here either.  And ya' know there are better ways to announce that you are having a problem.

Really?! Are download speeds low? I average 500 mb/sec on fibre. 

Download speeds are fast for me on RenderHub. No problems here.
