Hi all. When editing a listed prop I received a message from Renderhub requesting promo images but I can't upload any. Tried both jpeg and png and the sizes are correct. Thanks!

When attempting to load an image, none appear - the fields are blank with a note that nothing matches your search. First time I've encountered this.

By file extensions do you mean the package files, the search tags, or the files with the images? Neither have all caps. Thanks so far for trying to help/
