Testing the NVIDIA RTX 5090 in Daz Studio 6! In this video, I render the character Tomorrow, test my MSI RTX 5090 SUPRIM SOC 32GB, and share the compatibility mistake I made so you can avoid it.
It's been a long time since my last YouTube upload, and I'm happy to be back with a new Daz Studio video! Before testing my new GPU, I explain the compatibility issue I encountered with the stable Daz Studio version I was using, and why I switched to Daz Studio 6 for my RTX 50 series card.
Then, we move on to a real rendering test using Tomorrow to see how the RTX 5090 performs in my Daz Studio workflow.

Fais attention à ton câble 12V-2x6, c'est le point vraiment critique sur cette carte...
J'ai limité la mienne à 90% de consommation, j'ai déjà monté à 8 A sur chaque broche en Wan 2.2, ça fait peur.
Tu vas bien t'amuser avec, c'est un monstre qui engloutit presque tout.

Yep, you need DAZ 6.0 to use any RTX 5xxx card, they aren't compatible with DAZ 4.24. DAZ 6.0 is more stable at this point, it had a lot of problems when it first came out.
If you are using the beta version in that video you probably should update to the production version.

Sun, Oct 04It's why I have both DS 4.42 and DS6 installed. A lot of plugins for 4.24 haven't been updated for DS6.
You might, daughter, also need two 5090s if you really want to capture your model's details around the normal maps in her voluminous thoracic area.
