Are you looking for the finished, re scaled figure in an stl format?
That I can do.
If all you need is the figure's format changed to stl, or simply scaled differently (no custom work) there's No Charge.

Its just resizing 2 files at the moment , these need to be printed and painted in time for my veterens reunion , BUT...i dont want you to spend time on these without a fee .
These are for personal use also not for retail
Iam learning fusion 360 at the moment but finding it hard ( to say the least )
Some people have ethics on some subjects , so to let you know these files are of a military nature .
Please let me know

Rescaling might take all of 15 minutes unless the geometry of the original figure is messed up. That being the case, any errors you can't see at #88 are magnified at #144 and may or may not need to be adjusted.
Adjusting is where the time goes.
If you want to send or post the file, I can look at it and give you a better quote but just about anyone can re-scale it for you.
Ironing out errors on the other hand, requires some experience.

Thank you both for your help , i found imateriaise and it allows you to resize then order a print ,
My laptop wont run Blender (it did run fusion 360) but i found that to be too confusing ,
so now i need to find a designer who can model a couple of thing for me , but i am greatful to you both

are these too awkward, in the 1st image the cross exrudes a bit then the circle extrudes a bit more the yellow in centre embeds a bit the text ,extrudes
middle image can wait , the last image is a leek thats been peeled i think
1st SCOTS GUARDS
middle PRINCE OF WALES FEATHERS
3rd WELSH GUARDS
