Have you ever been spending a lot of time on loading figures, clothing, hair, poses, outfits, make ups, shoes, materials, fixing poke throughs and adjusting morphs until you finally make your render, and need to start over because you're not happy with the stiffness, the overall look, maybe lack of realism or some other details?
Thing is, photorealism is a tough nugget to swallow. It's all in the details... And that's why I'm so excited to bring you my new product series: Hot Girls HD Scans for DAZ Studio / OBJ.
Having been creating 400+ sets as a bestselling DAZ Published Artist for 17+ years, teaching DAZ Studio & Photoshop with 1,000+ tutorials, I leaned into photo scanning the last couple of years. And that's why, with my background as a professional camera man and video editor in the adult movie industry in Hollywood and Europe for 2 decades, this next step feels so cool.
Basically, you get to play with photoreal female models, with "zero" set up time. You just load and render. And render fast too. No need to calculate clothing, draping stuff, fixing poke throughs. And these look awesome too! (Yep, there are "restricted" versions too, and more coming soon!)
These scans are of extreme quality, 400k+ polygons, 8k + 16k textures, and heavily post worked until perfection.
During the initial launch, you get a free HDRI set, "Tropical Pool", and also a free 32 min video tutorial covering how to use these models in DAZ Studio and get the most out of them...

I can load the HDRIs in manually, but none of the presets seem to work.

These are tested in multiple systems with fresh installs, so they should work. What comes to mind is the install location. The folders within the ZIP file are Light Presets and Runtime. Both these folders should be placed in your DAZ Studio content library, called "My DAZ 3D Library". If there's any questions where that folder (or multiple such folders) are located, open DAZ Studio and go to: Edit -> Preferences. Click on the Content Tab, then click on the Content Directory Manager at the bottom. Next, on the right side of the tree-list, click on the plus sign (+) next to DAZ Studio formats. So, copy the Light Presets + Runtime folders INTO your My DAZ 3D Library... Other than that, please load the "load scene" icon first, and then click on the HDRI map icons. Hope this helps!
