I'm going to try to complete a second entry, inspired by this humorous old Geico ad that's still on TV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXRhUSnO7mY Tonight I worked on figuring out scene and lighting and a noisy, 10-minute, thumbnail render on my GT 1030 lol produced this result. I'll actually go for some horrific content with this one, even though I never watch horror films. A young woman will be horrified by the results of her fighting fire with fire instead of getting in the running car lol. Think chainsaw and blood splatters. This project will give me an opportunity to see if I can actually successfully retexture Genesis 8 with a set of 3d.sk skin textures purchased from RenderHub. I'll stencil paint on the model in Blender, instead of using the patch method taught here. I started a texture about a week ago, using a very recent set, and the colors merged well from photo to photo.
