Inspired by the many, many horrifying stories I've read and heard about people experiencing Sleep Paralysis.
A Demon, dark and sinister, appears in the corner of your peripheral vision - slowly and purposefully making its way to the foot of the bed. With deliberate movements intended to terrify, the Demon clambers onto the bed, peering down at you through hellish red eyes, a wide open snarl dripping with saliva and the blood of previous victims. You feel the bed sinking beneath the weight of the Demon and then feel and see your chest cave under the same weight, unable to move or breathe beneath the horrendous gaze and chest-crushing weight, frozen in paralytic terror, praying that it's just a dream, hoping that you'll wake up from this hellish torment...
