Hi,
As I tried to submit a product, I had twice the GENERIC answer saying :
"Must submit as new product
Wrong product type selected"
The same FILES were presented as a MORPH, and, after that, as a SHAPE ...
IT is not a character, because it is made for G9M. So, I tried to find more information about, but did not.
CAN "FOXY" help in that case, or someone else, please ?!
How to correct our submission without any "guidance" or help for such a case ? or is it a TEST to see if I'll continue trying
or maybe not here ?
The product is tested and working on Daz Characters ? Do you expect me to submit it AS A character, while it is not ? WHAT is the standard for Files for morphs ?
I did not find any about ... Is there a documentation please ?

I just checked, and I see the problem is "Wrong product type selected" with both of your submissions.
When submitting a product, the very first step is "Choose Product Type".
The drop-down list has the option for "Daz Content".
The information box there says "Daz characters and compatible assets".
Both of your submissions were to the "3D Model" Product Type, instead of Daz Content.
Reviewers are unable to change the product type, which is why you also received the decline reason of "Must submit as new product".
The solution is very simple. Just submit your product as Daz Content, and you should be good to go.

I was proceeding while you did answer, effectively, with the option for "Daz Content Type" while I really think the set could be used whatever the software used by the end user is, could be ... It was the only option to try to find a way finally submitting the files !
