Anyway, I don't know if I'll finish this entry this time, but a try is free, so why not...?
As usual, there are some references. Unlike the previous contest, now I have more confusion about what to do.
I like so much dragons and their lairs, but make dungeons with dragons (lol) inside is a very long work and I'm sure that I haven't time for this :'D
But some days ago a friend of mine bought a boardgame called "Flamecraft": a game with sweety, little dragons in a toony and so-much-artistic style.
Very beautiful to see. So, starting with Flamecraft art, I researched the artwork of Marya Panfilova and, from there, everything similar there could be.
Maybe I'll do some early blockouts in maya for the environment - that's what I'm most confused about.

Little progress with the ambient. I'm modelling the blockout for everything, and for this phase I chose three principal references.
For the general mood this one was perfect, and in 3D it is giving great satisfaction. For the fireplace, I used this another one.

Not exactly what I had in mind - health issues have taken a toll on the quality of the only dragons I've been able to sculpt.
Well, on the bright side, I tried a new style of texturing - maybe Maya's AiToon and Contour would work better? Who knows.
Well, I'm back to enjoying the evening.
PS. Now, for my jet lag, is 1 Januray 2023. So, well, happy new year!
