regarding render quality, it is good ( feels like a v-ray + 3d max ) . in terms of design, as an architect (by profession ) there are some points that are not clear :
- in the ceiling of the living room, there is an sth that looks like a fan with wood blades ( this thing looks strange )
- using the green colors + the brawn is a nice pallet however, try to change the brawn grade (aka. a bit like this photo)
all in all it is good , and this is my quick remarks
