I designed and built a model of the Pink Panther in Maya, substance and DAZ Studio. Here it is. I am interested in selling it maybe? It has lots of controls which includes the clam shell doors, steering, and suspension. Its fully rigged. I hope you like it. Happy Holidays! I would love Santa to bring me one of these but I think I'm still on his naughty list LOL.

I thought I could maybe add a description of how my model of the Panthermobile was created. From a kid, I used to watch the Pink Panther show. I always enjoyed the music and video at the beginning and end of the show. It inspired me later on in my life to build a model of it in Maya. I wanted the model to be super-accurate to the original car. There were no blueprints available, its a total one off car. I had to do everything by eye. Doing that makes you appreciate the design to the full. I was working on the car while also learning how to model in Maya. I worked through a ton of tutorials n 3D modelling. The texturing was done using a combination of Iray shaders and Substance Painter. I also used 3D Paint initially, but switched to the industry standard. I always wanted this to be a prop in DAZ Studio, and have the ability to make use of the Genesis characters for the driver and passenger. To get an accurate shape meant modelling everything, the chassis, engine and controls. I Had never rigged a model in DAZ but I was surprised that I got it done without too much trouble. Anyway, that's a little history on my project and I hope you like it.

I just remembered that included inside the car is a Cinderella phone, cushions and portable TV that plays guess what? Yep, the Pink Panther theme LOL They each were separate mini-projects.

Yes, Lovemobile is a perfect fit for it :-)There is a real Pink Panther diamond that sold at Sotheby's for a record $83 million dollars.
