I usualy browse the gallery's and look at other people's work, and if they can do it, so can i.
Volumetric light would look awesome.
I haven't played around to much with it and don't understand it properly yet.
Maybe it's volume your after?
Iray light volume kit on daz store.
There's some promo pictures you can have a look at.
I don't own this yet but want to purchase, waiting for a sale.

Obviously it needs refinement. I'll try smoke1.vdb on my next render.
