Question about the logo (CLOSED)

Can it contain characters, scene and such with the logo included in it?

Hi. Does the logo have to be designed exclusively with 3D or is it acceptable to use other programs? After all, as I understand it - most often the logo is a vector graphic.

I think this contest may have been prematurely released. I still have a few questions about it myself. 
I'll call the owner tomorrow and ask him for some clarification on things.
