I tried two separate credit cards to make a purchase and I got a failure on both. They did work on another site.

Would you happen to be using a digital wallet to store your credit card details? If so, please check to make sure the stored details are correct.
If you are manually entering your information, are you entering the correct address and CVV number?

Mon, Jun 19, 2023The credit card which wasn't working before is now working so this is no longer a problem
If the credit card works on other sites, a workaround should be used to quickly fix the problem. The idea is therefore to use a third party site to make purchases, for example paypal which is offered by many websites.
