Two people are trying to follow me but I can't visit their profile because I want to know who they are.
It immediately refers to the message: "Oops! That didn't work" 404
Can someone tell me what's going on?

I saw that, also. I'm not sure what happened there. Ironically, I just got done filling out a bug report for this.
This bug has SEO implications, so it's a high priority. I'll be calling the main office as soon as they open.

The default link for that is supposed to go to their gallery page (even if it's empty).
I'm sure the coders will fix this right away. In the meantime, you can append /gallery to the end of the broken URL.
Like this - https://www.renderhub.com/francobel/gallery
That will get you where you need to go for now.
