licenses in my invoices was changed from ECL to PUO (CLOSED)

ATTENTION! There were no fixes. Support demanded to contact the seller.
This means that at any time my licenses in my profile can turn into PUO and I have to run around looking for a seller to fix this if I bought a product here.

I am not a lawyer but if a seller changes the license of a product, what is the valid license
*) the license on the date of purchase of the product
*) the license on the date of use of the product
Finally, for the buyer-user of the product, this is the question to ask
Can be to cover himself make a screenshot of the product during the purchase to prove his good faith if the seller changes the license of the product

Fri, Jul 28, 2023My mail with messages from RenderHub (where you can see ECL) and from saved mht invoice pages (where you can see ECL)..
It's just that the problem of the very essence of RenderHub services has surfaced here.
1) I choose a licensing service provider to buy a digital product. (I choose RenderHub for easy support ECL instead of CGT or ArtStation with they new rules upd).
2) I choose the type of license and make a purchase. (I receive an invoice in the site profile with the date of purchase and an email with information about the type of license and a link to download the product.).
3) The seller sold only to me personally by agreement of ECL and immediately replaced it with PUO for everyone else.
And now, suddenly, one "beautiful" day, everything is fine with the products, it contains PUO as it was, but I see PUO in my purchase library instead of ECL.
And now it turns out that in my site profile, in the old invoices, ECLs have been replaced with PUOs. Despite the fact that the date and all the data in the invoice are the same (the font has changed a little and the window has become a little larger).
4) I write to technical support and get the answer:
"Can you please contact the vendor and ask if it would be possible to use these models in the way you intended?
Let us know if the vendor agrees or would like additional money and we can provide that in order that you may use the models as intended."
(And now I have to search and ask the seller to confirm my rights, I sent them screenshots from my gmail and saved invoice pages from here. I also wrote to the seller about the situation. But this means that the RenderHub licensing service site itself cannot verify my purchase history and verify and confirm my rights and my licenses, while the buyer has to run and beg the sellers to confirm what they sold to me.
Should I do this? Buyer? I do not feel that my rights as a buyer are protected.)

It's just a shame, because there is no ECL support on CGT, even choosing Custom (with ECL indicated) information about ECL in Custom will not be saved on CGT. On ArtStation, the rules prohibit selling the same model with a different license (changing licenses), you can either have several at once and for all or only one, but you cannot temporarily set up special licenses and then replace them.

There is no need to panic.
I see that your original message to RenderHub Support was not very clear, so the support person didn't fully understand what the problem was.
I see that you have provided additional information to Support now. I do not see any messages from the vendor.
The original support person has the day off today, so I personally sent a message to the vendor just now.
Don't worry - I'm sure we'll be able to get this sorted out for you.

And my many thanks to the seller, who protected my rights by re-authorizing the use of licenses.
