I had to disable almost all of my 3d Model on this site because there is a buyer who is basically stealing them....
2 purchases and 2 refunds.. very unprofessional and very suspicious. be very careful

Unfortunately, the world is full of thieves, scammers, and fraudsters.
The good news is RenderHub has a robust fraud protection system in place to help protect vendors from this.
The system automatically detected those orders as fraud and blocked the user from downloading the files.
The user never had access to your products.
That user has also been banned - https://www.renderhub.com/iljakireeff
RenderHub is very aware there are people that try this sort of thing, and goes to great lengths to help protect vendors from it.
I hope you will consider re-enabling your products. I see they are frequently featured in email blasts and social media posts.
