 "You finally, really did it. You maniacs! You blew it up!"   
Only some strange virus affects the Human population, turning most Women into Vampires, and the World Wars killing most of the Male population.   
The males become both the sex toys of the females as well as sustenance.  They also feed off each other in times of scarcity, resulting in vicious deadly confrontations between the sassy nasty Vamps.
