I made some alterations to the skin tone and the shape of the face here showing early WIP.

Made her clothing decision.

Made a rudimentary prop resembling a gimmicky "high tech" ketchup bottle.

The cap to dispense this functions although not by being rigged with bones.

Cauntz Ketchup has developed a new dispensing bottle for their ketchup making it possible to mechanically dispense the perfect portion size. 

Photoshopped something simple to resemble a ketchup bottles label.

Rear label with nutrition facts.

Some early experiments with posing lighting and with her looking at the bottle. As well as very early environment design.

I was thinking about making it feel cyberpunkish with the lighting and here Leia is advertising the ketchup.

Put a simple grocery store price tag together.

Early population of prop positioning. I became annoyed with the Cyberpunk lighting after this one and dropped that idea as it was giving me a headache.

I was tuning Leia a bit to what I felt like was my own interpretation of what Leia Organa looks like. Here she is thinking about the ketchup. But mostly experimenting with poses and expressions along with further population of props. Also some lighting experimentation as well.

Here I added some shaders to the environment and switched to a flooded overhead lighting scheme. Possibly similar to lighting that you would find in a typical grocery store. Leia is thinking deeply about ketchup here.

I almost finished the prop population here... Not going to lie I felt a lot like a grocery store night stocker here. It was a slog filling just a couple shelves.... 

More experimentation with expressions and poses. Try to imagine that Leia just realized she forgot something that she was going to get besides ketchup.

This is meant to be the final contest entry here.

It's difficult to appreciate what we're seeing here without a bit of an explanation so here it is.

Yes, in the future there will still be grocery stores. At this point the rich have reduced the population of earth down to 1 billion by exterminating the majority of the poor. Oddly overnight a new kind of low class citizen seemingly popped out of nowhere. Mostly due to the "inflation" caused by the remaining people on earth all being extremely wealthy. Evidenced by the condiments here costing tens of thousands of dollars. Cauntz Ketchup has implemented a new gimmicky ketchup bottle which can be refilled. You can see the refill tank in the background next to the guy leaning over the counter of the refill dispenser. The guy is a new aged bum. They've found a way to work around the machines protections which allows them to drink from the ketchup dispenser. As he only makes 300k a year from a safety net program he cannot afford a place to stay and blows his money on mostly on drugs and alcohol.

Leia here is pondering her choice of Ketchup wondering if the ketchup has gluten in it or not. Also you might be wondering why we're seeing Leia so far in the future here. It's because people in the future will be able to manipulate their DNA fully to appear anyway they want to. So actually "she" was originally born a man who got sick of his original sex and transitioned to a female. There is no mutilation surgery needed here. The new technology causes the transition to be complete and fully legitimate in every way shape and form...
