The Victorian Outerwear product is coming along nicely. This is the Torso and Bustle asset. After some thought we've decided to make this in three pieces: the one shown here, and two skirts which will neatly fit under this. One will be a more modern style adjustable length skirt, and one will be a traditional length and style skirt. This way of releasing it also gives the user the option of easily using any other skirt or pant they choose as long as it will fit under the Bustle. The Bustle however leaves lots of room for this.
