Have you contacted the vendor yet? If not, you should do so. I would bet they will be able to assist. 
That product has lots of sales, many positive reviews and posted user renders, and no other customer complaints.

Sometimes, as an advanced DAZ user, it is better to disregard DAZ conditioning (= "something is done exactly this way and that way"). With third-party products, always take a close look at what the CC describes - either in the product description and / or - if available - in the readme files that come with the product.

I had a similar problem for a short time yesterday (the product had neither ratings nor user images - i.e. I didn't know if it was working or not). But after reading the product description thoroughly (!) it finally worked.
