The glory and the honor of being a big brave warrior fighting the dangerous dragon blight. What a hero he is.
Not Happy about the finish but it took long enough trying to render it so large It has to go in the mix. Wire frame to follow. Will try again without the heavy lens effects.

This one looks good too. Reminds of J. Momoa character a little, but more fierce looking. Good detail of using left eye that way.
This could've been done using an eye patch too. Either way, it reflects that title very well. Good luck with this fine render and keep well.

Tue, Feb 20, 2024Thank you. The eye patch made him look like snake plissken from escape from new York so I opted for the scar's.

Thu, Feb 22, 2024That's great to hear. Even though this is a contest I think we all bounce off one another and we all find some inspiration from seeing other people's work. We all level up too. Not forgetting making a few new friends in the process.

Thu, Mar 07, 2024It's good choice where the dragon is in the leading role, as befits this theme. A good final decision on the angle of viewpoint. where you can
spot the dragon right on the thumbnail, otherwise we had to see him keep eating his loaf (gosh he must've been real hungry) : D

Fri, Mar 08, 2024Or you could have made a French bread stick called 'baguette' instead of a drum stick which could've been easier. (By saying drum stick, you mean chicken leg, and not the veggie drumstick mostly found in India I think). : D
However, it wasn't until the 1930s that the baguette became popular across France. Bakers realized that by making the bread longer and thinner, it would have a larger crust-to-crumb ratio, which would create a more flavorful and satisfying bread.
Baguettes are similar in nutritional value to traditional white bread. Both baguettes and white bread are high in calories and carbohydrates while remaining low in fat content. Baguettes tend to contain more protein and sodium than white bread.
Info: History. In 1928, the Parker Brothers Bruce, I.C., and J.T. added to the invention of the waffle cone by adding a chocolate coating with nuts to it. One of the brothers' wives said that this invention looked like a chicken leg, commonly nicknamed a drumstick in the US.
Also; A drumstick is the lower part of the leg of a bird such as a chicken which is cooked and eaten.
And; Drumsticks are sticks used for beating a drum.
Often seeing floating in your bowl of sambhar, Drumstick is scientifically known as Moringa oleifera Lam. It belongs to the family Moringaceae. It is a small, fast-growing, evergreen tree that grows in tropical regions. It is found in the Himalayan areas of India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
Just to clarify.
You should try those baguettes sometime as they're crunchy and tasty.
Have a great weekend.
