Can't upload (CLOSED)

Mon, Mar 11, 2024Hello and good day from Berlin. So, I try to upload the package and it then freezes, sometimes at 3% or sometimes at 47%, so it varies. what could be the reason? I only have Android available. the file is only 523 MB. Enrico

1. Are you saying that you're trying to upload a 523 MB product package - using a mobile device?
If so - Are you attempting this using cellular data, or is your device connected via wi-fi?
In either case, can you tell us what your upload speeds are?

Do you mean that you're only *having trouble* here - and not on other sites?
