Free Stuff License (CLOSED)

Hello everyone!
I'm new here and I already got a few questions:
I found some nice sets and models that are "Free" and they are in my "Downloads" list. They have the "Extended Use" licensing on them, this means I can use them commercially in any of my works without the mandatory credits to the creator?
The license in there will stay the same for me even if the author changes it?
Lastly, the freebies I chosed and that are in my "Downloads" list will stay there even if the author removes it from the store?
Thanks to anyone who will anser me!

Sorry, I was in a hurry and have now found some time for some additional information.
If by "works" you mean images for the gallery: no, you don't have to name the creators (CC's) ... but it is of course a nice gesture of respect and recognition of the CC's work.
From personal experience as a CC I can assure you: I am happy when I see my commercial or free projects interpreted by others in the gallery ... and I am even happier when there is a link to the Marketplace

Mon, Mar 11, 2024Thanks for the reply!
By "works" I mean videoclips that I sell to my clients, that's why I'm asking about crediting, I can't force the final owner of the clip to add crediting to the props' creators, even if I add them somewhere.

Mon, Mar 11, 2024Ahh OK, I see ... a somewhat more difficult terrain
A first step to make the CC's whose work you use a little happy would be to "like" the product and possibly rate it ... maybe even with a little note like "Fits well in my new video" or something similar.
Always remember: happy CC's get better and better
Good luck!

Tue, Mar 12, 2024Yes, I always add a good review to products I like, so I'll surely leave five stars to anything I use and I really like. .
In addition to the info @Pushee-Ri provided...
When you purchase an item, your invoice will have the license type on it - and it will not change.
Free items do not have an invoice. If you plan to use a free item commercially (and the license allows) we recommend you take a screenshot of the product page, including the license type.
In most cases, products will remain in your Downloads section.
However, there are some rare cases where an item may be removed from the marketplace entirely.
Therefore, it is recommended that users download their items immediately and provide their own safekeeping.

A screenshot will suffice in this case?

Tue, Mar 12, 2024Following your advice I gave a second look to the "my downloads" page and, in fact, there's no hint of which license the products fall, I have to click on them to bring up their store page, where the license is shown.
And also I gave another look the license, under part II it says:
"Purchase the acquisition of a Digital Asset by you from the Site under this Agreement, whether you purchase a Digital Asset at a price greater than $0, or download a Digital Asset at no charge."
So, as long as I can understand, when I add a freebie to my profile, I formally "purchase" it under the license it has been released.
What worries me is the fact the author (or the store) could change the license after my "purchase" of it. ( T.T)

I confirm that we like to see the type of image that our customers make, this can give us ideas to create new products that correspond to their imagination
