Based on a 3 chapter long fight from my main project between Y.M. Dawn (the purple guy, also the guy in my profile pic) and 48th US President Ponzona IV (the giant android demon with antlers).
Y.M. Dawn possesses the ability to warp reality at full scale, but is horribly limited due to his dementia and the fact that Ponzona passed a law to prevent him from getting the medication he needs, which led to this fight after he had to illegally obtain them.
Ponzona has the exclusive ability to decide who sees paradise and who sees eternal torment via judgement. She also has several abilities granted by the many pieces of tech that are built into her body from head to toe as they were formerly the inventions of Nikola Tesla, from the antlers that are made of the Death Beam, an alleged weapons that could take down aircrafts and kill thousands, to both of her hands- her left hand being built with the artificial tidal wave machine that could trigger massive waves, and her right hand which has the earthquake machine, capable of generating earthquakes with each strike. She's also made of nanotech, cancelling out any possibility of her being killed or injured.
This is her attempting to use the Death Beam on Dawn.
