Hello people, I can no longer connect to the site without using VPN, error code: X1W4A
Did it happen to someone yet ? it happened suddenly like that.

I have the same issue on and off. It seems to be the firewall blocking things. Support fixed it for the most part, but it still happens on occasion for an hour or so at a time. Best bet would be to send them a quick email for it.

Thu, May 02, 2024Oh, I meant the site's firewall! It seems to be catching the IP and blocking it, so yeah. I have the issue no matter if I try to load the site from mobile (even on 5g or wifi, doesn't seem to matter) or desktop. Site support got on it pretty quick for the weekend when I sent an email about it a few weeks ago, so hopefully they can get it sorted for you fairly fast, too.

Thu, May 02, 2024As much for me. I connect from Hong Kong with the VPN and the same thing is blocked right now. Now I'm in Germany with the VPN and it works. Basically I am in France. A real Kangaroo lol
