Jellyfish come in white, blue, pink, yellow, green, purple, red and orange colors. Jellyfish swim in an unusual way, with a pumping action. Muscles in their bodies contract and propel them through the water.
The nematocysts or stinging cells of a jellyfish are in the tentacles, so you should be able to touch the top of a jellyfish without getting stung. If one of those cells was cut off or unattached from the tentacles and happened to be on the top of the jellyfish when you touched it you still might get stung.'' Better be safe than sorry : D
