''The name Pandora means "all gifted" in Greek. In ancient Greek mythology, Pandora received many gifts from the gods, including the gift of music, from Apollo. Classics scholars suggest that Hesiod reversed the meaning of the name of an earth goddess called Pandora (all-giving) or Anesidora (one-who-sends-up-gifts). Vase paintings and literary texts give evidence of Pandora as a mother earth figure''. She was the first human woman created by Hephaestus on the instructions of Zeus, somewhat equal to Eve''.
This time, I assume she unleashes goodness (enchanting fireflies) from the box, which was forbidden by Zeus to be opened, as she disobeys him.
Besides, good avatar like model and the hanging white weeping willow flowers. Well done with this magical scene.

Fri, May 10, 2024In addition, you might have used the name of the planet as Pandora, is your first choice of title as I might guess rather than the character.

Sat, May 11, 2024Thanks a lot mate. Well yeah, I've used the title Pandora referring to the planet. But the real reference is that I've played the game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and had this image rendered to represent how vibrant the game environment lighting is.
