I want to recreate mythological ukrainian event Ivana Kupala. And creature "Mavka" as main character - the magical creature(undead) who once were young woman and who was drawned. After drawning Mavkas are becoming spirit protectors of forest and nature. I collected some references of Ivana Kupala event

I added the water floating and flowers around and tried to light up the water drops with sunset light. Keep expereimenting with different light setups

There is a myth that only on night of Ivana Kupala you can find blooming Fern flower, that gives magical power, prosperity and luck.
But finding it - is extremely dangerous at the same time. The Fern flower being protected by forest spirits, one of the strongest is Mavka, whose taking her power from water and her solely purpose of existence is protecting of forest and nature.
Mavkas are the undead women who have been drowned and who is seek revenge on their killers. She has green hair and green eyes and also no back skin that her insides are visible, so she will not show her back to others
