As title reads, has anyone experience long or slow upload times as of late? Being locked out of your account if you figure to retry? Has used alternative for uploading the products? I have an issue where I can't seem to upload the regular way without hiccups. Right now trying to upload the product, due to alternative via google drive not working. It starts to upload (after two-three minutes), but it takes forever to finish or it gets stuck at certain percent. Is there something going on with renderhub?

Sun, Jun 30, 2024I have uploaded the product via alternative way because the usual upload zip didn't work. I uploaded the file in Google drive and dropped the link in, but it has been brought to attention it didn't work, as there is nothing to download.

Sun, Jun 30, 2024I think the best thing is to send a message to support, but on Sundays support is closed and Foxy doesn't always read the forums. As I don't have anything to upload, I don't know if this function of the site works properly.

There is definitely something going on with the server. I've been testing and have notified our coder.
I haven't heard back yet, but I'm sure they'll get this resolved ASAP.

The alternate upload methods don't happen instantaneously.
When you leave a link to Google Drive (or wherever), someone in the main office needs to download the package and manually add it.
I do see your Devana for Genesis 9 in the alternate upload list.
