Nice scene, really well done. You may be lucky if you'd seen something like this in nature. I've only come across dolphins jumping out of water similar to this, but not whales really : ) This also reminded me of the Orca, in Free Willy. ... Wishing you best with your entry.

Fri, Jul 19, 2024I'm fortune enough to stay close to the coast. The sardine run has just passed and at this time of the year, the sea is teaming with life. The weekend that my brother left, we spent 7 days down the south coast. Fishing, braaing, enjoying family and the beach. Eating muscles and oysters, shad, to much meat and food and we all saw many whales passing up and down the coast. Including dolphins. One of the schools of dolphins passed us just behind the shore break, about 10 meters from us. During that time, I saw many whales jumping out the water and crashing back into the sea. A wonderous time had by all. Thank you for the blessings, Oh Lord.

Fri, Jul 19, 2024Why is the graduation of the dark to light color so bad in this gallery? Is this a norm in the challenge gallery? If you enlarge this same render in my gallery, it does not replicate this, almost 256 color style fashion in this render!!!!????

Fri, Jul 19, 2024Oh, by the way, there was no moon that week. It was neap tide. It's close to spring tide now and the moon is almost full here in sunny Durban town, where the banana boys stay...lol.
