My second entry for this contest. I thought I'd create an artwork using this beautiful scene and a female character (Victoroa 9) as a dragon master who's possesing supreme powers. She is also a Feudal Superior and a holder of a Manor. Right now I don't have a specific story behind, but, I'll let your imagination flow 
The scene is created and rendered in DAZ3D studio with products from DAZ3D store. Minor PP and use of special effects brushes are done in Affinity Photo.
