It all started with a sketch and some reference images
then I started to sculpt block out, sculpt, texture and crack the statues to avoid repetition.
then i got to model and texture the columns as well

yup, just one source of light (area light),
the rest is light bounce, volumetric environment and added some fog glow and glare in blender compositing for that extra glare and light glow.
No post processing.

The light bounce on this image looks so natural, to see that there is no post processing done is simply outstanding how one achieve this in just a 3d software. excellent work.
