End of night at Kitty Jazz Club (CLOSED)

I'd not been visiting RenderHub for a while, so I wasn't aware of the contest till recently. The challenge was consequently to set up something quick and scarce on ressources but efficient enough to be evocating. It was a project done on the fly but fun to pack anyway. I guess with more time, the various reflections and effects might have been widely improved but as a rough depicting the end of a jazz night and maybe the beginning of a privier after, it might does the job. There's a weird mix here between a Scott Fitzgerald touch and a Swinging London flavor. It was not specifically intended, but it reminds me of some Mickael Moorcock's Jerry Cornelius novels. The final touch was to select a proper grain in postprod to emulate some illustration render. I opted then for a mere filter Polaroid 680 in Gimp to get that specific fading and aged argentic look.
