The 4 Celestial Beasts in Chinese mythology, namely Qing Long (Azure Dragon), Bai Hu (White Tiger), Zhu Que (Vermillion Phoenix) and Xuan Wu (Black Dragon Turtle). Many games, manga and anime have personified these beasts in human forms. This is my attempt. Each character has visual aesthetics that resembles the beast that he/she represents. I have created their personalities and back-story and may create a visual novel on them. I created the Azure Dragon character during the Dragon-theme contest last year. Subsequently ideas came for the other characters, so I decide to create the group. Really enjoyed the process.

Finally something non-monster and non-bloodycyborg in these competitions. I like it that you've been thinking outside the box. Not to mention, no one really ever bothers learning anything about Asian folklore, no matter how many anime they watched or how many manga they have collected.
And honestly, the idea of a visual novel based on these characters is intriguing. I'd love to see how you use them and what setting you put them into.
It is a sad thing that, while Daz stores sell a lot of beautiful Asian locations, there's barely ever anyone using them for anything, even so much as a background scene in a visual novel. All that detail and work remains unseen, it doesn't ever pay off for the artist's work and our money spent on it. It would be great to see more of that (and less adult stuff... -_- I know, I know.. it's hard to sell non-adult stuff..)
Anyway, best of luck, mate. Chances are I'm not participating in this contest as I consider it too advanced, I see people using Blender a lot and that usually takes away any advantage I have in Daz skills alone, but I hope you get a prize for your idea and originality.

Where is the art? Where is the ability? How much idiocy, please don't improve, because time is returning to normal, already discarded as trash so as not to waste time. Am I controversial? It won't be long before you won't even be able to open your mouth about me, because the world of idiots leads to nothing.
