I wasn't fully happy with the concept, so made a quick sketch in ZBrush (I've just merged and decimated everything to pose it with a move brush, so it looks cursed) to see where I am going.

It's actually my first time sculpting a full-body character, so I was kinda scared. And that's the reason why I was putting it off for so long, even so, it was really stupid.
I am trying to make it more stylized, but it's somehow harder for me to sculpt cartoonish stuff than realistic, especially heads.
