Imagine yourself seeing her descending on the bus stop. Would this have a name in any cultures I wonder!!?? Real creepy like a witch female vampire. Imagine the top part of the bus stop being transparent and next scene shows the vampire figure resting on top, as the girl looks up screaming. ..

Yes, thank you, drjivago. In Japanese folklore, they are called Yurei, Oiwa, Okiku, or Onryo. Most of them are ghosts of women wearing white kimonos, with long black hair, pale faces, or even no faces at all! For example, the Noppera-bo. Sometimes, they have terrifying features: deformed faces, missing eyes, or large mouths filled with vampire or demon-like teeth.
Usually, some of these horror stories are urban legends meant to keep youngsters cautious about what they shouldn't do like talking to strangers, coming home late, waiting for the last bus in remote areas
, or walking alone at night in dangerous places.
Probably any kind of interaction between the girl and the ghost, It could have been better!

Some of them are mythology based and others are urban legends like you said. Thanks for pointing this out. I thought your work hinted this in a very well manner!

There's an old animation about Japanese folklore but I cant remember the name of it. You captured the urban legend style well
