I just checked - ratings and reviews have been coming in all day long, and recently.
Just to be sure, I tried on a test account and it worked for me.
As @protosynthetic asked... Is it just one item or all?
If it's just certain items, it might be because the product has been removed from the marketplace for one reason or another.
You can check that by clicking on the item image to see if it's a live product.

It's my most recent purchase- I pretty much leave feedback as soon as I get a chance to work with a new purchase. This is usually within a few hours of installation.
I haven't made another purchase as yet to see if it's just with this product. Normally, as soon as I click in the feedback box, the stars are filled, I enter the feedback and press "send". Today, when I type in the feedback field, nothing happens; it won't even send.
Probably what's going to happen is it's going to work suddenly and make a fool out of me...

Fri, Sep 27, 2024I know that on at least one other site, vendors can disable feedback. Could that be what's happened for this product?

Sat, Sep 28, 2024I am a seller on the site, I looked on the product update page and I did not find anywhere on the product page to disable or hide a customer's comment or rating
I downloaded another purchase from a different vendor, and I'm still having a problem leaving feedback on my Downloads page. This seems to be an isolated problem with my page. Can this be a result of a setting that I may have accidentally changed?

My Downloads is finally letting me post feedback and use the stars. I'm baffled as to why it suddenly stopped working for a few days. I'm glad it's working again.

I honestly don't know what the issue was for you, specifically.
I just checked the site-wide rating/review history, and everything appears to be what I'd expect.
If this ever happens to you again, please send a message to Support. We can open a bug report and have the coders take a look.
