Hi, everyone! Let me introduce you my variation of ukrainian national talisman doll called motanka. So for me It started with this 
I've made a doll wrap in Zbrush
based on daz studio genesis 8 female and made new UV map for it
then i've created textures with Substance with linen materials
Doll also needed dress and hair) Dress been created in Marvelous Designer and hair in Blender
