They can't process all the messages of 2 days in a few minutes!

As @DoroThee237 stated, there is limited Support staff over the weekends, and it might take a bit for them to catch up on Mondays.

Can the support team please provide an update? I've been waiting for resolution of a payment issue for two days now, which seems more than reasonable enough. I've emailed proof of payment, surely it doesn't take several days to complete the transaction?
