Download links pending (CLOSED) (CLOSED)

I placed an order 8 hours ago and have written to support twice. My download links are still pending. Why? Please fix asap.

Still no response from support. Looks like I'll have to file a complaint with Paypal then ...

Hey there. I'm sorry to hear your order is delayed.
As @DoroThee237 stated, there is limited Support staff over the weekends, and it might take a bit for them to catch up on Mondays.

They might very well forward this issue to me for investigation, so I'll just go take a look now.
I will reply to your Support message shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you both. I've sent proof of payment to support.

Can the support team please provide an update? I've been waiting for resolution of a payment issue for two days now, which seems more than reasonable enough. I've emailed proof of payment, surely it doesn't take several days to complete the transaction?

Paypal issue has been submitted. Not impressed with the customer support around here.

Hi, sorry about the trouble. Looks like it was a glitch on our end.
I just fixed the order, you can now download the items.

Shouldn't happen in the future.
Sorry this took so long to resolve.

All resolved now thank you.
